Nightly rates vary depending on the time of year, the length of your stay, and the size of your group.  Please contact us by email or phone for quotes on any or all of our beautiful homes for your next adventure in the mountains. 

Our standard policy requires a deposit of $1000 ($2000 for Christmas holiday stays or visits valued over $10000).  The balance of your visit is due 90 days prior to your arrival.  Please contact us as your travel plans solidify so that we may alert you regarding other travelers considering the same dates. 

We do not collect a damage deposit or charge additional cleaning fees.  We do require that you sign an agreement  about the condition of the home upon your departure and guarantee it with a credit card prior to your arrival.

We often offer "travel at our convenience" specials for our friends and guests who have flexible travel plans.  We can sometimes offer significantly reduced rates for little "holes" in our schedules that we are happy to fill.  If you are able to take advantage of these dates, please contact us by phone or email and we will do what we can to create a wonderful vacation for you "at our convenience".
